Scones? Yes.

Ladies' fingers? Yes, stir-fried.

Stir-fried, yes.

Of course.

Yes.

Yes. I don't like pre-mixes.

Your basic water or lemon/lime/orange juice icing, yes.
9. Cooked a pot roast with all the veggies?
Not sure what this means. My pot roast involves carrots, onions, dark and light soya sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, Chinese wine, Chinese dried mushrooms and spring onion.

No. I have grown chilis, though not with great success (fusarium wilt, curse it)

Gratin potatoes? Yes.

This is like a pasta gratin? Yes.

I make cotignac whenever I can get quinces, and that certainly passes through a jam stage on its way to becoming firm and chewable, so I'll say yes.
