COVID-19 breathalysers (non-canine)

Does anyone know whether and where any of these devices are actually being deployed?

A friend sent me this (it's a pilot project), but I couldn't find any others currently being actively used for the public, anywhere.

A lot of countries have been working on them since at least second half of 2020. The Israelis and the Americans, the Netherlands, Finland etc etc. I was wondering how many of them had moved out of the lab. I understand Finland has already gone with the superfast canine option; those Giant African Pouched Rats used for land-min sniffing should also be a usable species, at least in theory.

Of course you also need a full-scale apparatus to deal with positive cases as well. They would need to be quarantined, tested with PCRs to confirm the result, and then isolated.
