COVID-19 - masks

All things considered, when countries are deciding how, when or whether to allow inbound visitors again, it should be highly relevant to the overall risk-assessment whether the visitor is from a country that has shown a responsible attitude towards the wearing of face-masks i.e. made them compulsory and had that law both generally obeyed, and where necessary, enforced.


Especially in view of the numbers that we are currently seeing worldwide.
